Drakonim Limited is a Swansea-based managed service provider. Since [20XX], we’ve looked after the connectivity, IT infrastructure and communications of businesses across the UK, acting as the IT department for organisations that don’t have one and as a specialist extension for those that do.

Monitored off-site cloud backup, so data can be recovered when it matters.
Business telephony
3CX VoIP phone systems, SIP trunks and telephone numbers, including international numbers for customers with overseas offices.
How we work
We currently support around 40 client organisations. Every client has a direct line to the engineers who manage their systems: no call centres, no offshore support desk. We monitor proactively, fix problems before they’re noticed where we can, and take ownership when something goes wrong.
